What are the costs for shipping my order?
Shipping is free on all online orders above Rs 3,000 anywhere in India.
If the total online order amount is less than Rs 3,000, then shipping costs have been classified into Maharashtra, Rest of India and International for each product. To view the shipping cost on the product page there is a “Shipping Cost” link next to “Add to Wishlist.”
If you order more than one quantity of the same product then, shipping cost reduces and is mentioned on the product page.
When an order dispatched and what is is the expected delivery time?
Dispatch happens every working day at 03:00 PM IST. If your order & payment has been received before that, your order will be shipped the same day. Courier takes normally 2-7* working days depending on the location.
Please understand that operations of courier companies are not in our control and we cannot be held responsible for delays and the resultant impact on your trip schedules. Please order early enough to accommodate delays.
As a general practice always check your courier package for any tampering or damage before you sign the POD receipt. In case there is a problem please don’t sign POD and let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org along with the Name/Phone number of the person delivering the package. POD once signed courier company doesn’t entertain any complaints/claims.
I want to ship my order to another address than the one I submitted at registration. Can I do this?
Yes you can save multiple addresses in your account on the Automobilians.com Website. Choose the correct address, where you want your order to be shipped at, during checkout and it will be shipped to the desired address.
What do I do if my product has not arrived on time?
You can email us on email@example.com or call on the numbers given in “Contact Us” page. We will check the issue by following up with the courier companies and inform you as soon as possible. We always hope that all orders reach the customer in timely and appropriate manner and do our best to achieve that. Though, sometimes circumstances are not in our control, but we will try our best to follow up with the courier company and try and deliver the package at the earliest.
How do I keep a track on the status of my order?
Once your product has been shipped, you will receive the name of the courier company, its website and the tracking number of your consignment in your registered email address. In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24 hours of placing an order, you can give us a call. In some cases, tracking may not appear updated for up to another 24 hours on our courier partner’s website. In such case, please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.
Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?
Not in the same order. You can place two or more orders with different “Shipping Addresses”
Can my order ship to a Post Office Box?
No. Since we offer door to door deliveries through our shipping partners therefore you must include full address details including a street name for the shipping address.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Once we receive your order, we take few up to 24 hours to process your order before handing it over to the shipping company. If you would like to change your shipping address for an order which you have already placed, we will try to accommodate your requests if we still have the package in our hand. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your requested change and respective order number. We will send you an email reply to confirm if we were able to make the change. If we have already handed your order over to the shipping company then we are unable to make any shipping address changes.
How long does domestic/international shipping take?
Domestic shipping may take anywhere between 2 to 7 working days to reach the customer, depending on which part of the county, order is being delivered. International shipping takes 10 to 20 working days to reach the customer, depending on which part of the world, order is being delivered.
Are shipping fees refundable if I return my product?
Once a package is shipped we cannot refund the shipping cost. If you return your product, you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us as well as the original shipping fee.

On the Automobilians.com site you can either shop by category, by the product’s brand name or by the Sport. For every product we try to provide a description / features / specifications, product code, price and other relevant information pertaining to the product. The product’s rating and review as provided by other users will be displayed when available.
I want to purchase a product. How do I place the order online?
Placing an order on the Automobilians.com’s site is easy. You can either login to your account or checkout without creating an account if you are in a hurry. Next, select the product(s) you want to purchase and add them to your cart, review your purchase, click on checkout, enter your shipping address and payment information and submit your order. If you need any assistance, mail us at email@example.com.
How do I know my order has been confirmed?
After you submit the order you will receive a confirmation by email, which includes the order number, the list of items ordered and prices and other particulars related to the order. If you do not receive a confirmation mail, then kindly inform us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I cancel / modify my order?
Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped out, then please email on email@example.com or call on the numbers given in “Contact Us” page. Our customer service team will assist you. If the order has been shipped out, we would not be able to cancel / modify the order.
The product I ordered is damaged or has a defect or I received the wrong product. What is your returns policy?
We sincerely apologize if you have received a damaged or a defect product. All products go through Quality Check before being shipped from the warehouse. Sometimes even we make mistakes. Please refer to our Returns policy below or mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we would be happy to help you out with the issue.
Can I add a product after I have placed my order?
No, you cannot add a product to the same order. You can place a new order and we would dispatch the same at the earliest.
I want to purchase a product at a later time. Can I store this information in my account?
Yes, you can. Just click on ‘Add to My Wishlist’ and the product will be added to your list, which you can view at a later date. To view all products on your Wishlist you can click ‘Wishlist’ on the menu at the top of the page or in “My Account” after logging in.
Do you offer any discounts/sales on products? How do I stay informed?
We send out mailers to inform you regarding deals on our website. You can also keep yourself informed by following our Facebook page and on Twitter.
I had placed an order 2 days ago. Now, I have to leave on an urgent trip. Can you please hold the delivery until I get back?
Absolutely! Please email on email@example.com or call on the numbers given in “Contact Us” (give contact us link) page. If the consignment has already been shipped then we may not be able to hold the delivery.
